Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Audit Quality Reviewer role based in Kochi/ Calicut. We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Quality Reviewer to join our growing Audit Quality team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in External Audit, strong expertise in IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and a passion for driving audit quality and excellence.





The role involves reviewing audit documentation, working papers, and IFRS-based financial statements to ensure compliance with professional standards, internal quality management requirements, and regulatory expectations. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with audit teams, engagement leaders, and partners on complex audit engagements while contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust experience in External Audit with audit firms.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and ISQM 1.
- Experience reviewing and auditing IFRS-compliant financial statements.
- Familiarity with audit software such as CaseWare.
- Strong understanding of audit planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, sampling methodologies, and audit reporting.
- Experience handling complex accounting and audit matters.
- Excellent analytical, documentation review, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience / ACCA Qualified with 6+ years of External Audit experience.
