About the Role

Join a leading global enterprise as an Audio Visual (AV) Support Engineer at our Mumbai Center of Excellence. In this role, you will take ownership of our up-to-date AV infrastructure, ensuring seamless hybrid collaboration, high-stakes executive meetings, and large-scale broadcasts across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- AV Infrastructure & Operations: Execute preventive maintenance, daily health checks, and real-time support for room schedulers, microphoning, digital signage, projectors, displays, and control platforms.
- Unified Communications & Events: Deliver hands-on support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. Support high-visibility corporate events, town halls, and global broadcasts.
- ITSM & Vendor Management: Manage equipment inventory, log and resolve tickets via ITSM tools, and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for repairs, maintenance SLAs, and hardware lifecycle planning.
- Projects & Upgrades: Partner with regional IT, Facilities,



and external integration partners to support multi-room setups, AV-over-IP deployments, and tech refreshes.

What We Are Looking For

- Core Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms hardware, HDMI extenders, DSPs, and standard conferencing gear.
- Advanced AV Expertise (Senior Levels): Strong working knowledge of control systems ( Crestron, Extron, AMX ), AV-over-IP, and diagnosing complex network/audio/video issues.
- Execution & Communication: Exceptional customer service skills with experience directly supporting senior executive meetings.
- Process Leadership: Ability to create SOPs, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous process improvements.
