1500+ employees to ensure productive daily operations.
To Execute comprehensive employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, continuous engagement, and exit interviews.
To Prepare and present detailed monthly HR analytics reports to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and benchmarks that contributed to a improvement in workforce performance.
To Lead regional employee engagement initiatives through regular site visits, assessed employee sentiment, and resolved workplace issues, increasing employee morale and productivity.
