- Plan, manage, and execute complete PEB/steel construction projects from mobilization to handover.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate with Design, Sales, PMG, CMG, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Erection teams .
- Manage site activities including material receipt, erection, installation, fabrication, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Manage project documentation, site records, measurements, billing, and completion documentation.
- Coordinate for inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Ensure compliance with company EHS/Safety policies and statutory requirements at site.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with engineering and project teams.




- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout project execution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PEB / structural steel construction and erection activities .
- Valuable understanding of project planning, scheduling, and site execution.
- Knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection methodology.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
