Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, dispatch, and distribution operations.

- Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Monitor cargo movement, delivery schedules, OTD/OTIF, and vehicle utilization.

- Handle transporter/vendor management, performance tracking, and rate negotiations.

- Ensure timely deliveries, proper documentation, and compliance with logistics processes.

- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

- Prepare MIS reports and logistics KPIs and provide regular operational updates.

- Lead and coordinate the logistics team to achieve daily operational targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Distribution.

- Robust knowledge of Logistics Operations, Transport Management, Warehouse & Distribution.

- Experience in vendor/transporter management and cost optimization.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.

- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and team-management skills.

- Hindi communication is Mandatory for handling Pan India operations
