About the Department The Legal department at TresVista is responsible for ensuring agreements entered into with its clients, vendors and third parties are compliant with TresVista’s contracting requirements, applicable local regulations as well as providing advisory support to stakeholders, research into applicable laws and regulations in geographies where TresVista operates, negotiating terms of engagement with vendors and assisting with day to day operations as may be required by the company.
The Role & Responsibilities
Commercial & Technology Contracts:
· Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements
· Advise internal stakeholders on contract risk, enforceability,
and commercial implications
Corporate Compliance:
· General Corporate and M&A; - Advisory and Documentation
Prerequisites
Domain Knowledge:
· Deep understanding of commercial contract law across common law jurisdictions
· Familiarity with technology laws, data privacy laws (DPDP, GDPR), and corporate governance requirements
· Working knowledge in corporate and employment laws
Technical Skills:
· Solid command of MS Office and document management systems
Soft Skills
· Commercially astute with strong judgement under time pressure
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
Experience
· 3+ years in a Tier-1 full-service law firm and/or 4+ years in-house legal teams
· Negotiating commercial and technology contracts
Education
· LLB / LLM from a reputed institution
Compensation
· The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
