Shift Timing: (10:30am - 7:30pm or 12:30 pm - 9:30pm)

Work Mode: Onsite (5 days working)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in hiring for HR and Finance Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of partnering with business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines across multiple shared services domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.

- Drive hiring for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services functions.

- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.





- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.

- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring quality metrics.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.

- Track and report recruitment performance metrics on a regular basis.

- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Background

- Prior experience recruiting for Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCC), BPO/KPO, or captive organizations.

Education

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Full-Time Preferred)
