About the Role
Associate Programmer
Purpose The role of the Associate Programmer is to learn the skills and knowledge required in the role of a clinical study statistical programmer and to progress towards providing programming support to the statistics and programming department across a range of projects, clients and therapeutic areas.

Technical
Understanding of clinical drug development process, relevant disease areas, endpoints and basic study designs Awareness of industry and project standards & ICH guidelines Awareness of importance of standards (including CDISC, TFLs, ICH, SOPs) and what standards are being applied to specified client accounts Awareness and understanding of clinical trial documents including protocols, SAPs, CRFs, CSRs Familiarisation with dataset standards Perform basic data checks and data exploration (e.g. using frequencies, histograms)
Program non-complex datasets and TFLs following specifications, applying good programming practice General:
Attend and complete assigned training, demonstrate understanding of training. Attend internal and client study team meetings as required. Share scientific, technical and practical knowledge within the team and with colleagues Perform work in full compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, company policies, procedures, and training Build effective team-oriented working relationships with internal team members Seek opportunities to develop innovative ideas, sharing when appropriate Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Requirements
MSc or Ph D in Statistics with knowledge in R Candidates who graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible to apply. Other Information/Additional Requirements
