Role Description The Executive – Immigration will handle end-to-end immigration and visa processes for expatriate clients, ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
This full-time in office role, based in Gurugram, involves preparing and verifying documentation, coordinating Visa/FRRO appointments, tracking application status, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Executive will liaise with clients,
corporate stakeholders to provide clear guidance on procedures, timelines, and policy updates.
Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client queries, resolving issues promptly, supporting immigration process and contributing to continuous improvement of immigration processes. The role requires a strong focus on service quality, confidentiality, and adherence to Expatria’s ethical and process-driven approach.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in immigration procedures, Visa/FRRO processes, and regulatory compliance in India.
- Experience in client service, stakeholder communication, and relationship management in a corporate or service environment.
- Ability to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and handle process-driven workflows with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and basic digital platforms for tracking cases, reporting, and communication.
- Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills for handling multiple cases and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Comfort working with diverse, multicultural clients and maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive approach.
