We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Collaborate in office two days a week with teamProvide testing services for international telephony architecture to validate connectivity and performance for inbound servicesValidate calling plans have correct terminations and have been properly set up in appropriate program setupsDevelop submission mechanisms to identify testing requirements to various vendors and internal resourcesDevelop and maintain reporting structures for communicating test results to internal and external customersSubmit remediation plans to necessary internal and external resources to resolve failures identified in the testing protocolsTrack and maintain open issues through resolutionWork with other members of the Telecom group to implement continuous improvements through best practices and maintain best-of-class telephony offerings for each operational countryImplement and maintain service level agreements (SLA)



for testing services and ensure adherence to the published timelinesCoordinate and maintain corporate testing of lines within specific countries deemed at risk for line loss due to non-usageParticipate in special projects or other responsibilities as assignedWhat you’ll bring:2+ years of customer service experience; telephony administration experience preferredAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage non-technical investigations, identify problems, and provide timely and efficient solutionsThe ability to manage conflict effectively, high attention to detail, excellent follow through, reliability and prioritization skillsProficiency in Microsoft Windows and OfficeA demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and execute efficiently within a dynamic and evolving organisationSkilled in working with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technology solutionsCulture Agility. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
