Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings
- Coordinate with product, design, development, and QA teams for smooth project execution
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Manage Jira boards, sprint backlogs, and task prioritization
- Identify blockers and help teams resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed across teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines
- Prepare project reports, sprint summaries, and status updates
- Support documentation, including PRDs, workflows, and meeting notes
- Improve team productivity and communication processes
