What you’ll do

As an Associate Sales Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of NS GATES’s growth:

· Own the leads assigned and take them from enquiry to closure

· End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through data provided by the company

· Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties

· Understand the buyer’s intent (investment vs lifestyle), constraints, and timeline

· Recommend the right projects using NS GATES’s data-driven approach (not random pushing)

· Coordinate site visits, developer interactions, and follow-ups with high attention to detail

· Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures





· Build a predictable pipeline and track outcomes (CRM hygiene matters here)

Who this is for

You’ll love this if you are:

· Experience in Real Estate operations and knowledge of Real Property markets minimum 3 years Exp.

· Proven Sales expertise in the real estate sector and effective negotiation skills

· Process + numbers oriented: you track, learn, improve

· Hungry to grow in a startup where your work directly shapes outcomes

· Hands on experience in CRM’s like ZOHO, SalesForce etc., is as an added advantage

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

Basic Fixed + extremely attractive performance incentives.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
