As an Associate Sales Manager in Branch Banking at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective team management and client relationship building. You will play a critical role in supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, conducting regular training sessions, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
