ABOUT GOODADS.AI goodAds.ai (formerly Socioh) is a creative optimization platform for dynamic product ads on social media platforms. We're built for high-growth, large-scale DTC ecommerce brands. We sit at the intersection of intentional design, creative automation, and performance optimization — turning plain product feeds into beautiful ads that actually convert, at scale.

THE ROLE & WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Operations & Execution

- Keep Jira organized day to day: prioritizing the backlog, supporting sprint planning, triaging tickets, and tracking status across engineering and design
- Draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria alongside the PM before they go into a sprint
- Coordinate across engineering, design, production, and client success to keep execution unblocked

QA & Testing

- Write and execute test plans for new features and internal tooling
- Run UAT before releases; log bugs with clear, reproducible steps — not "it's broken"
- Build and maintain reusable test case libraries for recurring workflows (feed ingestion, catalog audits, creative pipelines, and other feature pipelines)

Technical & Data Operations

- Analyze Meta product feeds (XML/CSV) & audit client product catalogs for data quality gaps — missing metafields, blank variants, broken image URLs, mismatched tags
- Support image and creative QA at scale: flagging errors, triaging exceptions, verifying batch processing outputs
- Build lightweight tools and workflows with AI assistance as recurring problems come up — you don't need to write the code yourself, but you do need to know how to direct AI tools to solve the problem
- Get fluent enough in Shopify catalog mechanics and Meta Ads/DPA feed specs to independently diagnose the common failure patterns, not just escalate them

Reporting & Documentation

- Build and maintain internal tracking pipelines for QA status and sprint velocity

- Turn one-off fixes into documented playbooks
- Draft client-facing status updates and issue write-ups in collaboration with client success

Refinement & Product Thinking

- Sit in backlog refinement and flag edge cases or unclear requirements before they become sprint problems
- Notice patterns — if the same feed bug shows up across three clients, that's a tooling gap, not three tickets
- Bring a builder's instinct: the goal is fewer manual fixes over time, not just doing the same fixes faster

WHO YOU ARE

- 2–4 years of experience in product management, product/business operations, technical support, QA, or a similarly execution-heavy operating role
- General comfort around code and technical systems — you don't need to write it, but reading a bit of JSON, understanding what an API is, or not flinching at an XML file should feel natural
- Comfortable with Jira, or confident you'll be fluent within weeks — staying on top of sprints is not optional in this role
- Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic) for data analysis; comfort with XML/CSV is a plus
- Comfortable picking up AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to build small solutions to recurring problems — no coding background required, but you should be someone who reaches for a tool instead of doing something manually twice
- High attention to detail — you catch the thing that's off before a client does
- Strong written communication — a bug report, a spec, and a client update all need to be legible to someone who wasn't in the room
- Self-directed in a remote setup — this is not a role for someone who needs hourly check-ins to stay productive

NICE TO HAVE

- Prior exposure to Shopify admin/APIs, Meta Ads Manager, or energetic/programmatic creative concepts
- Experience with image or creative QA workflows at scale
