JOB TITLE: Associate Process Manager (Process Excellence)

LOCATION: Hyderabad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION:

- Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Design and implement streamlined processes that align with operational goals and client requirements.
- Introduce automation and tooling improvements to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING:

- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on performance metrics.

QUALITY ENGANCEMENT:

- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align process improvements with quality objectives.
- Implement frameworks and best practices to reduce errors, enhance map accuracy, and mitigate map abuse risks.
- Drive initiatives to standardize processes across teams and geographies.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION:

- Partner with internal stakeholders, including operations, quality, and technology teams, to ensure seamless process transitions.
- Act as a liaison between delivery teams and clients to align on process changes and improvements.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on process improvement initiatives.

INNOVATION AND AUTOMATION:

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to map abuse detection and curation.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI/ML models or tools to enhance operational capabilities.




- Drive pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives for process innovation.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT:

- Develop change management plans to support the adoption of recent processes and tools.
- Train and guide teams on updated workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence.
- Address resistance to change by effectively communicating benefits and addressing concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Operations, Data Analytics, Geography, or a related field.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Kaizen, or similar methodologies are highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related domains, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in map data, geospatial tools, or content moderation is an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.

SKILLS:

- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical acumen with familiarity in automation tools and geospatial technologies is a plus.
- Project management skills, including experience with Agile or other methodologies, are beneficial.
