Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Associate Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Cyntexa.

In this role, you will contribute to building and strengthening the company’s brand presence across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media platforms, community channels, and events.

This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to help drive audience engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.You will work closely with the marketing team to assist in campaign execution, content creation, audience and performance tracking. It is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a collaborative environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines with a focus on marketing are also eligible.
- Prior internships or coursework in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, or Content Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in digital technologies and online marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email content, designing templates, segmenting audiences, and scheduling deployments aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Work with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to manage campaigns and workflows.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content writers to produce engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes,



and best practices to continuously improve performance.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Build and manage the company’s online communities across social and digital platforms.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Develop strategies to grow subscriber and follower bases organically.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and thought leaders to expand community reach.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Assist in creating marketing assets such as infographics, newsletters, blogs, and social content.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing events, webinars, and promotional campaigns, ensuring effective coordination across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage marketing calendars, content publishing schedules, and campaign timelines, while also participating in networking events and collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Prepare reports and present insights to improve campaign performance and marketing strategies.

Key Skills Required

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email, community, and event management.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Creativity with an eye for brand storytelling and content engagement.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva or other basic design tools is a plus.
