We're Hiring | Associate Manager – GRC & AI Governance

? Location: Bangalore | ? Full time | ? 8+ Years

At @Mitigata, you won't just audit AI risk on paper. You'll build the governance that lets businesses deploy AI safely: ISO 42001 implementations, AI risk & impact assessments, and Responsible AI put into practice.

If you've actually implemented ISO/IEC 42001 — not just trained on it — this one's for you.

What we're looking for:

? 8+ years in GRC, Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance

? Hands-on ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and/or audit

? Practical, hands-on ISO/IEC 42001:2023 (AI Management System) implementation

? Experience running AI Risk & AI Impact Assessments

? Skilled in policies, controls, SoA, audits, CAPA & certification-readiness





? Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 23894, GDPR & India's DPDP Act

? Strong client-facing, stakeholder & report-writing skills

Nice to have:

? ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor

? CISA / CISM / CRISC / CISSP or a privacy cert (CIPP/E, CIPM)
