To ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial controls for Modern Trade & Ecommerce channels by managing OD, resolving SAP open items, performing customer reconciliations, coordinating scheme provisioning and settlement, and partnering with sales, warehouse team & Customers to minimize revenue leakage and disputes.

Core responsibilities.

1. Managing Credit & OD deviations

- Implement corrective actions in coordination with Credit, Collections with Sales teams

1. SAP open item adjustments, resolutions & accounting

- Review and clear SAP open items (AR aging, short payments, duplicates, unapplied cash)
- Getting credit notes and adjustments for sales & returns per policy and audit requirements
- Ensure adjustments are supported by valid documentation and SAP workflow approvals

1. Customer reconciliation

- Conduct periodic customer account reconciliations (weekly/monthly) for key MT & ECOM customers and marketplaces.
- Investigate mismatches (pricing, short/over payments, freight, chargebacks, marketplace fees) and coordinate resolution.

1. Scheme provision & settlement (promotions,



trade schemes)

- Calculate monthly/quarterly provisions for trade schemes, rebates, promotional claims and coop programs for MT & ECOM.
- Validate claims against contracts, POS data, invoices and scheme rules; process settlements and adjust provisions as required.
- Reconcile scheme accruals vs. actual settlements

1. Stakeholder management & liaising

- Act as primary finance contact for Contemporary Trade, Ecommerce, Sales Ops, Warehouse team and Customers.
- Drive crossfunctional resolution of disputes and claims with a serviceoriented approach.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to business and finance leadership.

1. Reporting & analytics

- Prepare regular metrics: AR aging, DSO, open item aging, scheme accrual vs settlement, dispute aging, credit deviation trends.
- Provide adhoc analyses and business partnering inputs to support decision making (pricing, scheme effectiveness, channel profitability).
