Job Purpose

Acquire new customers for IDFC FIRST Bank's Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) across targeted catchment areas in Surat and Rajkot. Drive customer onboarding, digital app activation, and initial cross-selling of basic banking products while maintaining service and compliance stan dards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Open new high-value Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through open market sourcing, local catchment mapping, cold calling, and direct field visits.
- Lead Referral Generation: Build network databases in designated business or residential hubs, generate referrals from existing clients, and participate in local promotional dr ives.
- Digital Onboarding: Assist clients with complete digital onboarding, mobile banking app installation, and UPI activation.
- Cr oss-Selling: Cross-sell supplementary financial products such as Fixed/Recurring Deposits, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and basic insurance offerings.
- Compliance KYC:



Collect and verify all required KYC documents (identity, address, and business proofs) adhering strictly to RBI regulations and bank SOPs.
- Market Feedback: Coordinate with the Branch Manager an d Senior Sales Manager regarding local market demand, competitor activities, and prospective HNI clients.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.E., B.A.).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in CASA sales, financial product sourcing, or direct sales (Freshers with solid aptitude may apply).
- Languages: Pr oficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; functional knowledge of English.
- Skills: Strong communication, field sales pitch executio n, target-driven mindset, and basic smartphone operation for CRM too ls.
