Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Geologist to support exploration, mine planning, grade control, and resource evaluation activities in metal mining operations.

The incumbent will be responsible for geological mapping, core logging, mineral resource estimation, and ensuring accurate geological data for efficient mine development and production.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and exploration activities in mining lease areas.

- Perform core logging, interpretation of drilling data, and preparation of geological sections/plans.
- Support resource and reserve estimation activities in compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitor ore body characteristics and provide geological inputs for mine planning and grade control.
- Ensure accurate collection, validation, and maintenance of geological databases.
- Coordinate with mining, survey, and planning teams for efficient extraction of mineral resources.
- Analyze and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data.




- Prepare geological reports, exploration reports, and statutory submissions.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of exploration and sampling activities.
- Identify recent mineralization zones and recommend further exploration programs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements related to mining operations.
- Assist in obtaining geological clearances and maintaining statutory records.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications - B.

Sc.

/M.

Sc.

in Geology, Applied Geology, or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in metal mining operations and exploration.
