Job Summary:

As a Learning & Development Associate, you will own the end-to-end training and readiness journey for Filo’s Ground Coordinators (GCs). You will design and deliver training on Filo and state/district programs, tools, workflows and field processes, conduct hands-on practice and mock demos, and evaluate readiness before deployment. The role requires strong instructional design, execution and stakeholder management skills, with a clear focus on ensuring GCs are confident, capable and field-ready.

What you'll do

- Own the end-to-end training journey for Ground Coordinators (GCs), from onboarding and instruction through practice and readiness evaluation.

- Develop structured training content covering Filo/state/district program objectives, workflows, operating standards and field execution expectations.

- Design practical learning modules for Filo's app, SSK tools, reporting workflows, attendance processes and common troubleshooting scenarios.

- Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training sessions that translate program requirements into clear field-level execution.

- Build mock demos, simulations and practice exercises that replicate real school, teacher and student-facing situations.

- Evaluate GC readiness through assessments, demonstrations, role plays and structured feedback against defined execution standards.

- Identify recurring capability gaps from assessments, field feedback and operational observations, and convert them into training interventions.

- Improve training content and delivery continuously using readiness data, learner feedback and field-performance signals.

- Drive alignment on KPIs, reporting processes,



escalation protocols and attendance requirements so GCs understand both what to execute and how success is measured.

- Enable a consistent training-to-field transition by ensuring GCs meet defined readiness standards before independent execution.

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, training operations, capability building, academic operations or a similar execution-focused role.

- Experience designing and delivering structured training programs for frontline, field, academic or operational teams.

- Strong ability to convert complex processes, tools and operating requirements into simple, practical learning material.

- Experience creating assessments, mock exercises, demonstrations, simulations or other mechanisms to evaluate practical readiness.

- Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, Google Workspace/Sheets and operational reporting systems.

- Ability to diagnose learning gaps using assessment results, feedback and operational data rather than relying only on participant feedback.

- Strong stakeholder management capability across operations, program teams and field teams.

- Ability to independently manage multiple training batches, timelines and readiness milestones.

- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to train field teams in a clear, structured and practical manner.

- Demonstrated ownership of training outcomes rather than only training logistics or coordination.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
