We are looking for Law Graduates to support contract abstraction, legal research, compliance, due diligence, and quality control activities. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform contract abstraction and first-level quality checks.
- Conduct legal research, compliance, and due diligence-related work.
- Review contractual documents as per client guidelines.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve daily targets.
- Escalate queries and report work metrics as required.
- Work on CLM and other legal technology platforms.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and organizational information.
Skills Required
- Strong contract reading and comprehension skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to process changes.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate( 2025/2026 pass-outs)
- 0-1 years of experience in contract abstraction, contract management, legal operations, legal documentation, drafting, reviewing, or related legal support functions.

- Manila Shift (5.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.)
