Experience 3 years to 5 years Years Location Bengaluru The Global HR Platform is looking for a proactive and culturally adept HR Advisor to be a key part of our team in India. This role is strategically positioned to provide seamless HR support by leveraging a deep understanding of the local Indian context to serve local HR, employees and managers in the region. Additionally, you will be a vital resource for supporting HR service delivery across the broader Asia area.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of data integrity in Workday system. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused problem-solver who bridges global processes with local needs.

Responsibilities 1. HR Support Act as the first point of contact for local HRs in India and the Asia region, providing clear and effective resolutions to inquiries on Workday modules,
processes and functions. Provide "How-to" process guidance and support for HR, employees and managers initiating HR events in Workday. · Communicate effectively with local (India) and cross-regional (Asia) HR stakeholders to resolve issues and align on service expectations.
Proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations in the region. 2.
Workday
System & Data Management Perform accurate and timely HR Master Data processing in Workday (organizational structure, personal details, compensation, absence and time records, talent data, learning management and document management. etc.). Handle complex Workday requests including EIB data mass upload, security, integration troubleshooting, generation of reports and dashboards etc.
Support User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) for new Workday adoption, system enhancements/fixes, and HR digital transformation projects. Conduct studies on Workday best practices and share relevant knowledge with internal HR teams to improve system utilization.
