Role description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Support Associate with 5-6 years of experience in application production support. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Java, Unix/Linux, and Oracle databases, along with experience in handling critical production incidents, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring system availability in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide 24x7 production support for business-critical applications. Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processes. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs. Analyze application logs and identify root causes of issues. Perform SQL queries and data validation using Oracle databases. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution. Implement fixes, workarounds, and preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents. Support application deployments, release activities,



and post-deployment validations. Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
