Job Summary
- Act as a primary contact for infrastructure-related services, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain service quality, security, and compliance.
- Participate in service reviews, continual improvement and change management sessions.
- Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the Data Center, LAN, WAN, Voice Video and Public Cloud infrastructure, focusing on resiliency and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage NOC Infrastructure Services to meet agreed service levels.
- Configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on SDWAN, WLC, Juniper mist, ISE, Firewall s.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching technologies on Cisco and Juniper platforms.
- Perform network performance monitoring, optimization, and fault resolution.
- Manage IP addressing, subnetting, and network segmentation in Bluecat.
- Deploy, configure, and support SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or equivalent).
- Participate in project and service reviews, ensuring adherence to budget, quality and process, compliance, and security standards.
- Support incident and major incident management and ensuring accurate service documentation.
- Monitor Infrastructure services availability, capacity and performance, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Independently driving system upgrades, patches, and migrations to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, storage, applications) for integrated solutions.
- Recommend improvements in network design, performance, and automation.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and industry trends.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of IT experience in Networks,
Cloud, Voice,
- Cisco CCNA or other Cisco/Juniper/AWS advanced industry certification in the areas of Network, Cloud, Collaboration and Voice.
- Knowledge of routing switching protocols like(OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
- Knowledge of voice traffic and CUCM server will be advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper networking devices and SD-WAN solutions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ready to work in shifts 6am to 3pm and 2pm to 11pm.
- Flexible to provide support during weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- Experience in implementing changes and fulfilling IT Infrastructure requests.
- Must be able to work on technical issues.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with end users and service providers.
- Must be able to solve problems in a structured and methodical way.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, ITIL, Cisco, Juniper, AWS, Azure platforms
