About the Team and the Role:

The Founders' Office team at Ather is responsible for orchestrating organizational strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring operational excellence across all our core business and product divisions. Operating at the center of the company's ecosystem, the team acts as the primary facilitator of high-level decision-making and business cadence.

This role is for an Associate who will lead program execution, coordinate executive cadences, and bridge strategy and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to run critical strategic initiatives, turn executive intent into concrete action plans, and unblock cross-functional operational roadblocks.

Responsibilities

- Drive the execution of high-priority cross-functional programs across diverse product development and business units, owning timelines, dependencies, and delivery.

- Coordinate the executive operating cadence by compiling agendas, pre-reads, and action trackers for key leadership and performance reviews.

- Manage the end-to-end organizational goal-setting (OKR) lifecycle, supporting business units in drafting, refining, and cascade management to align with top-level goals.

- Translate senior-level strategic decisions into highly structured work plans and partner directly with business leads to drive on-ground execution.

- Build, scale, and optimize repeatable governance frameworks, tracking engines, and operational templates to keep processes lightweight and effective.

- Orchestrate dedicated tactical war rooms and rapid problem-solving workshops,



ensuring cross-functional teams collaborate to resolve critical issues.

- Analyze business metrics and performance data to support scenario planning, resource utilization, and executive review preparations.

- Write concise strategy briefs, decision memos, and highly structured presentations for the founders and executive leadership.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is preferred but not mandatory).

- Either 3+ years of experience in top-tier Management Consulting OR 5+ years in high-growth startups, ideally in a founders' office, strategy, or program management capacity.

- Outstanding track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and executing cross-functional programs under tight timelines.

Must have Competencies
- Advanced Program & Project Management: Exceptional capability in managing complex, multi-threaded programs from planning through to tracking and final execution.

- Goal-Setting Framework Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in implementing and cascading organizational objective frameworks (such as OKRs) across large, complex teams.

- Executive Communication & Synthesis: Mastery in creating highly structured, executive-ready presentations, memos, and briefs that translate complex business cases into direct decisions.

- Structured Problem Solving: High cognitive ability to enter ambiguous spaces, establish clear frameworks,



analyze data trends, and generate actionable strategic recommendations.

Good to have Competencies
- Quantitative Modeling & Analysis: Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, trend analysis, and business intelligence reporting.

- Agile Sprint Leadership: Experience setting up tactical war rooms and guiding teams through accelerated problem-solving sprints.

- Multi-Business Unit Navigation: Robust strategic familiarity with the operational dynamics of engineering, manufacturing, and business domains.

- Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional emotional intelligence and capability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
