– Recruitment & Client ManagementObjective of this roleRecruitment along with Client Management is a very objective oriented role. It enhances to create a bridge between the Clients & See & Recruits team. This position works very closely with teams and the Regional Heads as peers and thereby helping the colleagues and team for achieving the self-targets.

Client

Management● Participate in Client Strategy● Client business mining/ wallet management● Preparing job specifications and descriptions for the vacancy● Quality Management● Interview coordination with Clients● Assisting Clients in Remuneration negotiation Candidate Sourcing/ Management (Individual Contribution)● Understanding the requirement and be responsible for candidate sourcing using various resources/ techniques - Head hunting, job portals, personal network and existing database.● Working on Search mandates for middle and senior management positions.● Meeting candidates and short listing them against requirements.● Assisting in strategizing and closing the positions.● Brand ambassadors to candidates Skill set required● Good Communication skills.● Strong career-oriented mindset● Positive Team Player● High level of maturity & stress management capability● Ability to work in matrix structure is preferred Growth PathThe key factors/ skills which the role develops in an individual are team player, motivator, Client Management, Recruitment abilities.



This role develops the individual in all possible ways to become a Regional Head.The key factor here would be for an individual to have a sharp focus on Client management and individual contribution.
