About the Role

Tatvam AI Labs is looking for an Associate Full Stack Developer who is comfortable building applications primarily with the assistance of AI coding agents and modern AI development tools.

This is not a traditional development role where every line of code is expected to be written manually. Our development workflow actively uses AI agents for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation and implementation.

The developer's responsibility is to understand requirements, guide AI agents effectively, validate generated code, solve problems and take complete ownership of the final product.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications.
- Work extensively with AI coding agents for day-to-day development.
- Convert product requirements into clear technical tasks and effective prompts for agents.
- Review, understand and improve AI-generated code before deployment.
- Develop frontend applications using React / Next.js / React Native.
- Develop backend APIs, services and database integrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs and AI/LLM services.
- Use AI agents for debugging, testing, refactoring and codebase analysis.
- Manage Git/GitHub workflows and maintain clean codebases.
- Work with Docker, Linux servers, VPS/cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms such as Coolify.
- Identify security, performance and architectural issues that AI-generated code may introduce.
- Take ownership from requirement → AI-assisted implementation → testing → deployment → maintenance.

What We're Looking For




- Minimum 1 year of software/full-stack development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and web development.
- Experience with React, Next.js and Node.js or similar technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, authentication and application architecture.
- Comfortable working with AI coding agents / agentic coding workflows.
- Ability to give AI agents clear instructions and break complex requirements into manageable tasks.
- Most importantly, the ability to verify AI output rather than blindly accepting generated code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn new frameworks and technologies quickly using AI.
