We're Hiring | Associate Director - Performance Marketing

Im hiring for an Associate Director Performance Marketing to lead end-to-end Performance Marketing & Growth across App and Web for PrepLadder.

PrepLadder is an established digital learning platform focused on helping students prepare for competitive medical and other professional entrance examinations through structured courses, high-quality learning content, test preparation and expert-led education.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has built and scaled large customer acquisition engines and is comfortable owning significant budgets, growth metrics and business outcomes.

What Youll Own

1. Own the overall Performance Marketing strategy & growth roadmap across App and Web
2. Manage and optimize a 30 Cr+ performance marketing budget, with ownership of CAC, ROAS, LTV & revenue growth
3. Lead large-scale mobile app acquisition, re-engagement & retention initiatives
4. Drive attribution, event tracking, deep linking and campaign measurement
5. Scale full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads (ASA) & Affiliate Networks
6. Continuously optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, budgets and conversion funnels
7. Build,



mentor and lead a high-performing Performance Marketing / Growth team
8. Partner closely with Product, Analytics & Creative teams to drive experimentation and growth
9. Identify and scale high-performing campaigns and creative assets to deliver sustainable growth

We’re Looking For

1. Strong experience in Performance Marketing & Growth, ideally across both App & Web
2. Proven experience managing 30 Cr+ performance marketing budgets
3. Deep hands-on experience in Mobile App Marketing & Attribution
4. Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution & funnel optimization
5. Experience across Google, Meta, ASA & Affiliate Marketing
6. Solid knowledge of AppsFlyer, Firebase, Amplitude & GA4
7. Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
8. Strong analytical and data-driven approach
9. Strong bias towards experimentation, execution and scaling what works
