Mandate Experience: Minimum 9 months of relevant voice experience

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 9 months of experience in a Chat Customer Support role.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills. (C1/C2 Proficiency).
- Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-centric setting.
- Banking Customer Service experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through chat support channels.
- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver premium customer experience by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Pay: ₹34,548.49 - ₹42,618.27 per month
