About the Role - We are looking for a motivated Associate – CSR to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of CSR and community development initiatives.

This role is particularly suited for candidates with an MBA in Agri Business / Agri Business Management who are looking to transition into CSR, rural development, sustainability, and social impact. The candidate will leverage their understanding of agriculture, rural communities, farmer ecosystems, and livelihoods to contribute to meaningful CSR programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute, monitor, and evaluate CSR projects across rural development, agriculture, livelihoods, education, healthcare, sustainability, and community development.
- Undertake field visits, beneficiary interactions, surveys, and community consultations to ensure effective project implementation.
- Conduct baseline and end line surveys and support project outcome and impact assessment.
- Coordinate with funding agencies, implementation partners, PACS, FPOs, SHGs, field teams, community organisations,



and internal stakeholders.
- Track project activities, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective implementation and Support preparation of CSR proposals, concept notes, project plans, budgets, and management presentations.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain project and beneficiary data for monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.
- Identify implementation gaps and field-level challenges and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Support social media management and communication, including project updates, field stories, beneficiary stories, photographs, and impact-related content.
- Prepare MIS reports, project updates, presentations, field visit reports, case studies, and impact documentation.
- Maintain project documentation and support CSR reviews, audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct research on CSR trends, government schemes, rural development opportunities, and social-impact initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- MBA – Agri Business / Agri Business Management - Candidates from Agriculture, Rural Management, Development Management, or related disciplines will also be considered.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with a strong interest in CSR and social impact are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in building a career in CSR / Sustainability / Rural Development / Social Impact.
- Good understanding of agriculture, rural communities, farmer livelihoods, or rural ecosystems.
- Robust communication, coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- The role involves regular travel to Project, Beneficiary locations, field visits and interact with diverse stakeholders.
