CLO -THRISSUR AND TRIVANDRUM Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role) Identify, develop and build Credit Life Business to achieve target sales by driving attachment rates in the allocated Branches and Locations through Loan officers and Branch heads Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas Typical Targets and Measures Impact on the Business / Function • Drive and motivate loan officers in achieving targets by driving the required attachment rates • Creating focus at Regional Level along with hub heads to monitor and drive behavior • Monitoring and guiding the sales processes locally at RAH / Canfin Branch by sales coaching, liaisoning, creating top of mind recall for credit life products.

- Coordinate issuance of credit life cases logged in, report attachment rates, identify training requirements etc. using and ACT • Attachment rates of the loan • Ensure timely PFR reporting and NIL PFR pending Customers / Stakeholders • Daily engagement with the RAH head and /or Canfin Branch head to drive behavior • Driving and influencing the loan officers in assigned Canara Regional Asset Hub (RAHs) and/ or Canfin branches • Effectively manage channel partner expectations & improve the quality of Relationship Management • To provide proper feed back to the respective RSM so as to update the respective Circle head on credit life business • ACT Leadership & Teamwork • Act as mentor and coach for the mapped loan officers • Build team spirit and commonality of goal for enhancing sales • Liaise with colleagues across the country to imbibe best practices Operational Effectiveness & Control • Ensure timely submission of applications at HUB locations • Manage FTRs within allowed limits • Manage Persistency level at decided by the organisation Major Challenges (The challenges inherent in the role that require a continual test of the role holder’s abilities)



• Driving sales process in the RAHs / Canfin Branch and managing RAH/ Branch head expectations • Training the loan officers to handle customer queries Role Context (The workplace and operating conditions of the role including the extent of guidance and authority) • The job-holder will need to engage with BM/Loan Officers and exhibit leadership to drive Insurance sales through a combination of Coaching, Training, Field Sales support, and Business Development activities. Management & Leadership of Regulatory, Compliance & Operational Risk (Operational Risk / FIM requirements) Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in Observation of Internal Controls (Compliance Policy / FIM requirements) Maintain and observe company's internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
