Job Title: Front Line Sales (FLS) – Banca Assurance Department: Banca Assurance / Retail Distribution Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Drive life insurance/business targets through allocated bank branches. Build and maintain robust relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other bank employees. Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into insurance sales. Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Jointly meet customers with bank staff and provide product presentations. Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct training and awareness sessions for bank employees on insurance products and sales processes. Deliver excellent customer service and support policy issuance and after-sales requirements. Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies. Submit daily activity reports and sales updates through CRM/sales systems. Improve branch activation, customer penetration, and cross-selling opportunities.
