We are looking for an Associate Consultant - Azure Managed Services to provide first-line technical support across Microsoft Azure environments while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to operational excellence. As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Azure environments, managing incidents and service requests, and ensuring customer expectations and service level agreements are met. Working closely with senior consultants and technical specialists, you will troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, support Azure administration activities, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Providing Level 1 technical support for Microsoft Azure cloud environments and managed services customers.

- Managing incidents, service requests, and customer inquiries in line with agreed service levels and operational standards.

- Performing initial troubleshooting across Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, quotas,



reservations, and platform services.

- Supporting Azure administration activities including user management, monitoring, network security group validation, and platform governance tasks.

- Escalating complex issues to senior consultants and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, technical documentation, and service improvement recommendations to enhance customer support operations.

Requirements

- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft Azure environments in a customer-facing or technical support role.

- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure services including Virtual Machines, Storage, Monitoring, Networking, and platform administration.

- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, user management, identity services, and cloud security concepts.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural team environment while demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
