Role Description The Associate Architect role at NeosAlpha Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves supporting the design and refinement of software and integration architectures, collaborating with senior architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include participating in solution design sessions, preparing architectural diagrams, assisting in technology selection,



and guiding development teams on architectural standards and best practices.

The Associate

Architect will work closely with project managers, developers, and integration specialists to ensure alignment between architecture, implementation, performance, and security requirements. The role also includes reviewing technical designs, contributing to documentation, and helping improve architecture frameworks and guidelines across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for enterprise and cloud-based solutions.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Software Development, including coding standards, design patterns, and SDLC practices.
- Candidates should possess hands-on capabilities in Integration, such as APIs, microservices, and middleware platforms.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Project Management, including task planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant experience with modern cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) and integration tools (e.g., Boomi) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and security.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, multi-location teams.
