HOT VACANCY | ASSOCIATE ANALYST NON-VOICE | GURUGRAM

We are hiring Associate Analysts for a non-voice, non-technical content workflow.

Job Responsibilities

- Compare hotel prices received through partner price feeds with the prices displayed on partner booking websites.
- Identify and classify price matches and mismatches accurately.
- Verify the complete booking itinerary, including:

- Hotel and stay details

- Number of adults
- Stay duration (minimum 1 night)

- Base price

- Taxes and fees

- Additional/local charges
- Perform daily workflow activities within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and escalate priority issues whenever required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling repetitive/high-volume tasks.
- Stay updated with process changes, system updates and new requirements.
- Follow defined processes and contribute to maintaining a good customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily objectives.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Good command of basic arithmetic and percentage calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic written/email communication skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and make logical decisions based on available information.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes, systems and business requirements.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
