– Outbound Sales Executive (Voice Process)

Position: Outbound Sales Executive

Department: Sales / Customer Acquisition

Location: [Mindspace, Airoli, Navi Mumbai]

Shift: US Shifts/Rotational Shifts (as applicable)

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our Lead Generation Sales Process. The incumbent will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, identifying customer needs, driving sales conversions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to achieve predefined sales and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.

Drive sales conversions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive customer experience through professional interactions.

Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Educate customers on available products, services, offers, and value propositions.

Utilize client systems, CRM tools, and applications to manage customer interactions and sales activities.





Accurately document customer conversations, sales outcomes, and case details in the relevant systems.

Route customers to the appropriate departments where specialized support is required.

Stay updated on client processes, products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to achieve business objectives.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, quality metrics, productivity benchmarks, and customer satisfaction goals.

Adhere to organizational policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.

Qualifications

Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months’ sales experience.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/client tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile: A highly motivated sales qualified with strong communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and a proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Work Experience At least 1 year of BPO Work Experience or at least 6 months if from Web Hosting Company

At least 6 months experience in Sales (in BPO industry)

At least 6 months experience in Tech

Voice Support Experience - Desirable. Expectations to be set in hiring that this is a voice program but can also be chat at any time, to meet the business needs
