Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the retail team.
- Monitor daily sales and achieve store targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock checks.
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, opening/closing, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Handle store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant retail experience.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of sales, inventory, and store operations.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
