Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support our Yanmar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to improve performance.
- Develop customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Monitor showroom and field sales activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer enquiries and bookings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with finance and other departments for smooth product delivery.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Yanmar brand standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automobile sales or a relevant sales field.
- Experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery or equipment sales will be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for field sales activities.
