Role & responsibilities

1. Post-Purchase Experience Ownership

- Identify and solve friction points across order tracking, delivery, returns, replacements and refunds.

- Improve customer visibility and communication during the post-order journey.

- Design scalable workflows to handle exceptions and operational complexities.

1. Problem Structuring & Execution

- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured product requirements.

- Independently drive initiatives from problem definition PRD development launch impact measurement.

- Prioritize features based on customer impact and operational efficiency.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Engineering to define system changes and technical enhancements.

- Partner with CX teams to reduce order-related escalations and improve NPS.

- Collaborate with Operations to streamline fulfilment and dispatch workflows.

1. Data-Driven Decision Making

- Use SQL to analyze product performance, identify bottlenecks,



and measure feature impact.

- Monitor post-purchase metrics such as:

- Delivery SLA adherence

- Refund TAT

- Escalation rate

- RTO %

- Customer satisfaction

1. Technical & Process Understanding

- Demonstrate solid understanding of APIs, system flows, and third-party integrations.

- Work on improving integrations with OMS, WMS, courier partners, and payment systems.

- Operate effectively within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management / APM roles.

- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, logistics, or operations-heavy environments preferred.

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, high-growth setup.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
