1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements for the product roadmap.

2. Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine and adjust the roadmap as needed.

3. Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems.

4. Strong technical knowledge of Functional Foods / Nutraceutical processing techniques, ingredient functionality, and formulation.

5. Support team leads and technical officers through the product lifecycle and development processes.

6. Support sales teams in pre-sale solutions and go-to-market discussions.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify potential product opportunities

8. Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the work listed above and may include other assignments as necessary

9. Familiarity with global regulatory norms in Foods

Minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in a similar role within the Functional Foods/FMCG/ Nutraceutical industry

Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, with good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to Travel.
