Role & responsibilities

- Assist Merchandisers in handling buyer communications and daily merchandising activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments including Sampling, Production, Fabric, Quality, and Planning to ensure timely execution of orders.

- Maintain style-wise order details, T&A; calendars, and merchandising documentation.

- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and shipment timelines.

- Prepare cost sheets, product specifications, and buyer reports as required.

- Ensure timely communication with buyers regarding sample status and production updates.

- Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in garment export / home furnishing merchandising.

- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment / home furnishing construction, and production processes.

- Solid communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to manage multiple styles and meet deadlines.
