Responsibilities

- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures across various processes around financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards including reconciliation.

- Collaborate with various process owners to design and implement effective control measures.

- Conduct regular assessments of internal processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.

- Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to existing controls to process owners and senior management.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of control activities, including process maps and control matrices and prepare reports on the effectiveness of internal controls and present findings to management.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the organizations control systems remain effective and compliant.

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

- Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and risk management practices.

Qualifications

- Education Minimum Required Degree: B.



Com in commerce and Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Preferred Degree: M. Com

- Certifications / Special Training Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Experience Chartered Accountant with strong accounting and Audit experience. 2- 4 years of post-qualification experience in Audit and Financial Control Testings

- Knowledge, Skills Abilities Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.

- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications

- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work

- Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments

- Should be a team player with a proactive result oriented approach

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
