About the Role The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced Assistant Store Manager who can lead our Joker & Witch exclusive retail store. The candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations from sales performance and customer service to inventory control and team management, while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.

· Drive sales to meet and exceed targets while promoting Joker & Witch’s brand ethos.

· Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance & achieve retail KPI’s.

· Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.

· Analyze sales data & timely reporting to implement strategies for growth and profitability.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 2-3 years of retail experience,



with at least 1-2 years in a Store Manager/Assistant Manager role.

· Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

· Proven ability to build and manage high-performing team and drive sales

· Solid understanding of Retail KPI’s, inventory management & sales techniques.

· Proficiency in MS Office

. Proficient in Kannada is must

· Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate in Business Administration/Hotel Management or related field preferred.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing a team effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail are essential for this role.
