Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for API manufacturing, including cGMP guidelines and industry standards.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality, purity, and potency.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in production processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 12-20 years of experience in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing or related field.

- Solid knowledge of QC principles, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Experience with auditing, inspection, monitoring, and reporting techniques.

- Proven track record of improving process efficiency while maintaining high-quality products.
