ABOUT THE ROLEThe Assistant Manager will support the Office of Postgraduate Studies in guiding students aspiring for higher education in India and abroad. The role will involve providing guidance on graduate study applications and scholarships, researching, and creating guidance resources, organising events and information sessions, creating content for social media and newsletters, and coordinating with university representatives and test-preparation agencies. Personal experience in applying for Graduate studies in Physics / Biosciences is required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES– Guide students aspiring for Higher Education in India and abroad.– Research and create resources for guiding postgraduate studies, admissions, and scholarships.– Organise events to enable students to get relevant information and guidance.– Create content for social media, newsletters, and other media channels.– Engage with University representatives to organise sessions for students.– Engage with test prep agencies to provide resources to students.– Support the activities of the Office of Postgraduate Studies and contribute to creating accessible and helpful resources for students.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications– Undergraduate / Postgraduate from a reputed University.– Experience of applying to competitive admissions and scholarships in Physics / Biosciences is required.– 0–2 years of relevant experience.





Who You Are– You have first-hand experience of applying to competitive graduate studies and scholarships in Physics / Biosciences.– You are organised and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines with attention to detail.– You can research postgraduate opportunities and convert information into useful guidance resources for students.– You communicate clearly and are comfortable engaging with students, University representatives and external partners.– You are comfortable creating content for social media, newsletters, and other media channels.– You are proactive, resourceful, and interested in helping students navigate postgraduate education opportunities.
