We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager Operations (AMO) for Apparel brand
**Location: Jaipur & Gurugram
Salary: Up to 8 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and daily business activities
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Lead, motivate & manage the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, VM & operational standards
- Handle store MIS, audits and compliance
Candidate Profile: 3–7 years of experience in Apparel / Fashion Retail
Strong store operations & team-handling experience
Positive knowledge of sales, KPIs & inventory management
