- Develop manufacturing processes from concept to production, ensuring feasibility studies, process layout, equipment specification, tool design & development, machine development, process planning, and process stabilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recent product introduction (NPI) projects involving extrusion processing.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to improve overall efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing engineering.
- Provide technical guidance on process improvements initiatives.
