Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire land for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and BESS projects.

- Develop and manage land banks for future project pipeline.

- Conduct land title verification, due diligence, and risk assessment.

- Negotiate lease deeds, sale deeds, and commercial agreements with landowners.

- Liaise with Revenue, Registration, Forest, Panchayat, and district authorities.

- Manage land conversion, mutation, registration, and statutory approvals.

- Handle Right of Way (RoW), transmission corridor, and access-road-related activities.

- Work closely with local communities, land aggregators, and stakeholders.

- Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Engineering, and Business Development teams.

Preferred Background

- 7-12 years of experience in Land Acquisition.

- Experience in Renewable Energy, Wind, Solar, Transmission, Infrastructure, or Power sectors.

- Robust knowledge of Karnataka land laws, revenue procedures, and documentation.

- Experience working with farmers, land aggregators (LSPs), and government authorities.

- Wind energy project experience will be an added advantage.

- Kannada language proficiency preferred.
