Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement for the US plant, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, PO management, and supplier follow-up.

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.

- Drive cost reduction and value-engineering initiatives through negotiations, alternate sourcing, localization, and supplier development.

- Develop and maintain spend analysis, supplier performance dashboards, and procurement reports.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQ, warranty, and other commercial conditions to maximize business value.

Key Performance Indicators

- Procurement cost savings / cost avoidance

- Supplier OTIF and service level

- Purchase price variance





- Strategic sourcing and alternate supplier development

Qualifications & Experience

- 6–10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in international procurement and India–US supply chains will be an advantage.

- Solid experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, sourcing, and vendor

- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work across India and US time zones.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
